What is included
- Page map: what exists, what links where, and which page should rank for which query
- Layout in the project’s own visual language, not a restyled template
- Forms with validation and a place the request actually lands
- Titles, descriptions, canonical, sitemap, and server-rendered HTML
- A launch check: the page opens, the form sends, the indexable HTML is in the response
How the work goes
- Short brief: offer, audience, and the one action the site must cause
- Page list and acceptance criteria, in writing
- Build, with AI only for outline and copy drafts — final wording stays yours
- Launch on your domain and a short handover of what to edit
When another format fits better
A Bitrix or 1C rollout, a high-load portal, or a site whose main job is paid ads management. Those are different practices. If you need a single offer page, a store, or a bot next to the site, start from that format instead of a vague “make a website”.
