1. General

1.2. Cookies are small text files a browser saves when you visit a site. This policy also covers localStorage and sessionStorage records used for the same purposes. nikraz.com uses no analytics and no advertising cookies.

2.1. The UnoChat chat runs on the operator's server chat.unotime.org (rented from Contabo GmbH, data centre in the European Union). Before a choice and after a refusal its code does not load and no request goes to its server. When loaded, the chat server receives the IP address and the page address.
3. Legal basis and your choice
3.1. Necessary cookies are used without consent because the site needs them to work.
3.2. Chat records are used only with your consent (Article 5 of Belarus Law No. 99-Z; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). On the first visit a window at the bottom of the page offers three equal buttons: "Accept all", "Customize" and "Reject". Refusing does not limit access to the site, the contact form or Telegram.
3.3. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of any page. When chat consent is withdrawn, the site deletes the chat records on its domain and reloads the page.
